Background/Rationale (Explanation of the background and reason(s) for the requested change, and supporting documentation):

The abstract class CIM_ImagingStatisticalData is the parent for a small set of classes that contain specific statistical data for imaging devices, services, jobs, and systems. The data to be included in the child classes consists largely of counters (of time, images, physical media, etc.). The concrete class instances are attached to their parent ManagedElement using the ElementStatisticalData association.

Note that this branch of classes are not restricted to printers, but are intended to be used with imaging elements in general, including devices, services, jobs, and systems; and the range of services and devices will be expanded in the future to include scanner and fax elements.

The structure and properties of this family of classes derive directly from the Imaging State and Counter MIB, PWG Candidate Standard 5106.3-2008. Early implementations are expected to be SNMP proxy providers using this MIB.
