Discussion per the December 3, 2020 IPP workgroup conference call:

- 'stationery-recycled' was originally discussed in 2001 for the IPP Production
  Printing Attributes (now Production Printing Extensions).  At the time we
  didn't want to include qualifiers in media type names, but since then we have
  published MSN2 which includes generic qualifiers for common variations of
  media types.

- The 'coated', 'heavyweight', and 'lightweight' qualifiers have been used in
  other MSN2 media types.

- The guidance is to use the qualifiers when the actual coating, recycled
  content, and/or weight is not important.  The "media-back-coating",
  "media-front-coating", "media-recycled", and "media-weight" member attributes
  can be used to provide detailed media intent.
